I have a bedroom for my granddaugter in my home. She is a little quirky and I thought she would love the artwork "Vintage Doggo Print" and she did!!! It looks amazing and so fits her personality. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

My posters came damaged - I needed them for a project so I asked for a refund because the replacements would come too late for what I need. Customer service ignored my request and is sending a replacement instead. I don't want the order anymore, I want a refund.

The delivery guy didn’t put my package in front of my apartment door.  I just happened to check the mail and I noticed that it was a box lying on the floor downstairs where anyone could have taken my package. I’m so glad that I checked the mail that evening.

I really wanted to love this company because the artwork online looks beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The website prominently advertises delivery within 2–4 business days, which is what I relied on for a time-sensitive professional event. Only part of my order arrived on time, while the remaining canvases showed up after the event was already over and were completely unusable for their intended purpose. The tracking system was extremely misleading — it appeared as though the full order had been delivered when it had not. Customer service was mostly automated, contradictory, and nearly impossible to get real answers from. I spent days trying to figure out where the missing artwork actually was. To make matters worse, the framed pieces that did arrive were not properly secured within the frames and had to be reassembled onsite by my team despite paying extra for framing services. Because of the delays, I had to spend thousands of dollars sourcing emergency replacement artwork locally at the last minute. The artwork itself is decent visually, but the logistics, communication, framing quality, and customer support experience were honestly not worth the stress. I would be extremely cautious ordering from this company for anything time-sensitive.

The prints I ordered and received are phenomenal! They are of excellent quality. I’m so in love with my hallway now. My only complaint is one of the prints did not come in a bigger size like the other two so I had to downsize the entire group in order for it to be uniform. Overall I am pleased.

The quality of the frame was cheap. The flimsy plexiglass was so cheap that you can’t touch it without it bending and coming away from glass. The print was lovely. I paid $25 to “have it framed” which after I received it, was a joke. When I called and asked politely for a refund I was told the “framing service”  was  not refundable and I was charged an additional $6 to return it. This must happen a lot because the customer service agent (who was polite)  kept trying to lower the price to get me to keep it. It was of such poor quality that I sent it back and took the loss rather than keep it. I am a designer and will not recommend this company.

Wanted to love this. While the prints I choose are pretty, one came bent (at least it was near the side). For the price of everything (‘on sale’ four prints and frames for about 350) particularly the frames I was surprised by the chipped parts on the wood ones and slivers I got in my fingers from gently handling them. Also some of the metal wedge pieces that hold the print were bent and therefore couldn’t do their job. And finally they come with plastic instead of glass that is supposed to cover the prints, IMO they look so bad that I didn’t use the plastic. So sadly would not recommend.

Only 1 of 2 items were shipped. When I called customer service I was told other item was out of stock. Then my purchase should have noted that and I could have shopped elsewhere. Very displeased. and customer service stated no one else could help me. Never shop here!!!.

My first time shopping with Desenio. I am very happy with the artwork I ordered. Easy to place an order, it arrived in under a week. Easy tracking.
